SHIPPING We offer FREE Standard Shipping for Australia only. Due to the incredibly high cost of shipping internationally, we are unfortunately unable to offer this service at this point in time. We will be exploring international printing options in 2024. Feel free to get in touch if you have an international enquiry. All our items are made to order for our customers right here in Australia. Our manufacturers can take up to 3 weeks to print, frame and ship your wall art, so please keep this in mind when ordering, however most orders arrive within 2 weeks from the date of ordering. If you need your prints ASAP, please get in touch and we can mark your job urgent with our printers and reduce the lead time. Once your order has been completed it will be sent via a variety of couriers depending on your location. You will be sent tracking information from the moment your order has shipped. Our orders require a signature on delivery and you can manage this via the couriers website with your tracking number. Our products ship direct from our manufacturers in Sydney and depending on your location, may ship from one of our printers locations in another state. Standard Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipping. Remote areas may take longer as well as busy times like the Christmas/New Year period. In the event that your prints are damaged during transit, they will be replaced by our manufacturers direct. Please email photos through to hello@thecuratedprint.com immediately after receiving any damaged or incorrect artworks so we can have the issue resolved for you.
RETURNS Once an order has been sent to our manufacturers, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind, wrong decisions or incorrect choice. If you place an order and realise you have made a mistake, please contact us within 24h and we will try to correct this for you before it is sent to our manufacturers. Our artworks are made to order upon purchase. We do not carry any pre made stock at this point in time. If you have any queries about a particular artwork, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to address your enquiry. Due to differences in computer monitors, colours may vary slightly to what you see online. Our manufacturers take special care in packaging of all artworks in order to ensure a safe transit from us to you, however in the unfortunate event that your items are delivered faulty, damaged during shipping or are different from how we have described them in the listing on our website we will issue a replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements.
